Missing Pencil in Quick Settings

Hi all,

it has been noted that SystemUI for A1 series missess the possibility to change the layout of quick settings panel (and it is really a nice and useful feature).

By moving cursor over the zone that is supposed to show the standard pencil button, only the "User" option is available and even not cleary visible.

Is would be nice to have a new APK to add this standard Nougat feature (present on all other similar boxes neverthless)

@Beelink Team: could you work on this point?
