Remote - Power On?

The really odd and ironic part is the remote control without the gyroscope will work with respect to the power button.  It powers a box on and powers the box off but the remote with gyroscope will only power it off.  I have both versions and I can honestly say both remotes are quirky, not well made and some of the buttons are too close to the next which makes it worse when its a small remote.  Too many weird things going on with these remotes as I really don't like either due to no numbers means scrolling through the channels as opposed to simply entering numbers to get to the channel you want.  Beelink really needs to develop a new and better remote that is practical even if it means a bigger remote with numbers and more spacing between the buttons.

Hi Everyone, I bought my GT-KING PRO 3 months ago. Because of original remote control was not good for me I bought new remote control FERGUSON SR410 with IR. It works perfectly but now I can not power on the box when the box is off. I have many other remote controls and the same problem. These remote controls are also with IR and POWER ON worked perfectly but now not. Only original remote control can power on this device. I used factory reset but without result. Can somebody help me whats happened please? I will be very thankful for any help/idea. Mirek

If your remote control supports IR learning, you can learn the power button from the original GT King remote. I did it successfully on my MX3-L airmouse and can use it now to turn on the box.

so a gsx king has ir receiver in it? in xbmc can i just use key mapper? or it wont see it at all until i add its code or can it just learn from the original remote or my blutooth that works?

Hi, I have this one. It works. If you have a Android device with IR you can use thisapp (IR plus) to learn all buttons choosing the "Beelink GT1 Ultimate" remote control
