Language problem firmware 001P0 B905

My device have Android 9  firmware 001P0 and when it's reboot or restart Korean language become default language. You cant't prefer different language, system doesn't not allow this. Problem resolve - full reset, until new restart or reboot (suspend time too). I don't have root on this device and I don't know how install it for this device. (I know sometimes this problem resolve rewrite build.prop). I tried sd-card update, but my update app not have checkbox wipe data and media.
I'm not know Korean. I would prefer English.

The reason for this problem is the HDMI CEC function. Your monitor automatically changes the language of the box to Korean. You can turn off the CEC function of the monitor or the box and you can use it normally.
