Mini MXIII ver5.1.1 Shutdown and reboot doesn't work

Hi,
I having troubles with my Mini MixIII ver 5.1.1 comp. MINI MIXIII_107L1.
After installing and uninstalling HBO GO, shutdown and reboot options doesn't work.
I performed a factory reset, but still doesn't work.
Does anybody kwon what is happen?

You can try to manually brush the firmware
