NOT working !!!

I got my brand new GT king box just now, but when I plug in，it started flashing red and green light ! not woking at all!!

I mean the skeleton eye on the box flashing red and green, not on the screen, I cannot see anything on the screen, it says no devices.

flashing red and then green is normal,it takes a few minutes to boot,if problem persists try flashing the box using Amlogic usb burning tool and your PC,will not work using USB 3,use usb 2
1-download the latest firmware
2- open the app,and import the img. file
3- press start
4-your usb 2 cable should be connected to usb 2 port in your box.
4-plug in your box power cable,and as soon as the skull eyes go green immediately connect the other end of your usb cable to your PC usb 2 port,it's important to do this step quickly.
