unit turns back on after shutdown?

All of a sudden  box turns back on (the blue light comes back on  )  and the TV  is shut off?????

If it is powered back on after shutdown, it will restart.

I do not touch anything after shutting it down beelink has red light on so i turn my tv off and then the beelink light goes back on blue by itself.  Also  i am having big problem with lighthouse  the weather info will not stay stored when i put my location on  it goes blank  and  i have no weather .  Now i found that the app glitches ,freezes  and i have to reset  it??

You may have turned the HDMI CEC function of the machine on. Please try turning off the CEC function of the machine or display to see if this happens.
