The problem is not in the TV box, the problem is in the TV Sony. Box has HDMI 2.0, Sony HDMI 1.4!  ...

That is not so.
I have now a Tv Box Eny EKB329-MX4 or OTT-MX4 which sports an HDMI 2.0 connected to a Sony Bravia KDL-40W605B with HDMI port v1.4 ... never had a single problem.
I had also a Beelink X2 (Roofull X2) no idea which HDMI version it has (delivers 4K)...  no problem whatsoever.

Waiting for Beelink GT1 from China.

I got my GT1 as soon as it was released and suffered from the green flicker for a while with my Panasonic TC-P65VT60.

I've not bothered updating the firmware, so i;m still using the factory release and bizarrely the green flickering has disappeared..

I run the box via my Soundbar as my TV supports ARC and the TV's Smart remote fully controls the GT1 so no need to use the basic infrared remote.

I have the same problem with an Amlogic s912 tv BOX the t95Z plus.
No way to force the RGB. Have an old Philips tv.
