connecting a usb 3 ssd disk

Last night I try to read a video on my portable SSD disk in USB 3 and it worked fine !


Tonight I try to use it again but when I switch on my GT1 ultimate it doesnt work anymore ???

When I put my portable ssd it switch off my box ?  very strange ....

any ideas of this problem


I try to put a old Hdd portable in USB2 it works !!!!

any suggestions is welcome

After you restart the box, can you read the hard disk normally? Still can't read it? Can other interfaces be read normally?
