Thank you for your responce but..... I tried it before my first post.... and I tried again.....
Following the Beelink instructions (always using sdcard) It doesnt update and  then going to TWRP menu which I don't know what to do. Following the instructions from Alvatech also it doesnt update and showing the android figure and an X....

You can try to update the firmware via USB burning

Can you tell what version of gt1 ultimate you have and how did you flash the firmware. I tried with usb and wasn't able to flash it. It always errored out at 2%.... :S
