voice button not working

Hi,
I have purchased this item but the voice button does not work.
The latest firmware, Google and Google assistant apps have been installed but when I press the Mic button on the remote the green led flashes but nothing happens on the screen. (it does not enable voice assistant)
Can you please help?

Hello
Have you plugged the USB signal receiver into the machine? Can other buttons be used normally? Please let me know so that we can better judge the problem.

Hi yes of course. All other remote buttons work perfectly. The remote's led lights when the voice button is pressed but nothing happens on the screen (home screen, browser etc)

I have the same problem. Firmware version Oreo. Got the part from Gearbest yesterday.Interestingly I have a MIBOX, which I wanted to replace eventually with the GT10 Mini. So I unplugged the USB dongle from the G10 and plugged it into the MIBOX, and the Remote was working perfectly, even the voice search. So the problem is with the G10 mini hardware/Software.
Googling around, it seems that voice recognition, and perhaps other operations did show up after oreo update with most tv boxes, including Nvidia Shield.
Update: The MiBox also Oreo, but onéy 8.1. Beelink is 8.1.
I can detect the Bluetooth from the Mibox but not from the Beelink Mini GT1.

Just a note. I did buy and airmouse with voice control. Works perfectly, except the voice control. So it seems sure, that either the voice control of my GT1 MINI has bad software or hardware since I bought it. Shame.

ASK again. Is there anyone out there who have the voice control. i.e. remote mic work with the latest (115N0) software?

Please press and hold the voice button, then call out the voice input interface, align your command with the remote control, and the search will jump to the search interface. Please press and hold the button to release it.

It does work. For some reason not only I have to press it long, but must say: OK Google and than what I want.

It works as it should. Unfortunatelly it can be only used for control, not for normal mic. like for skype. :-(
