Unable to install the operation system

Hello,
I'm trying to install the operation system on the J45 (as I got it without an operation system installed).
Using this -

WIN10 1809 home

After selecting the USB key in the boot screen, J45 turns off, and need to be manully turned on again.

Tried different USB dongle - no success.
Tried changing the boot mode to legacy - no success.
Tried Linux instead of Windows - no success.

What can cause this?



I have found this one the internet -

"The UEFI specification explicitly requires support for FAT32 for system partitions, and FAT12/FAT16 for removable media"

When formating in FAT32 I'm unable to copy the Install.wim file as it is begger than 4G.
