Dears,
Why do you allow the dishonest Gearbest store to sell your products? I bought a Beelink X55, broke down (only 3.4 months worked), I sent it back to the shop for repairs.
The store wrote back that it can not repair the device and can not replace it for new ones.
Is your equipment one-time use?Are these Sellers your partner?
Can you, as a producer, force a GEARBEST to take a serious approach to the subject?

Gearbest promised free repair if I send them the device at my cost. I did it.
Gearbest does not want to repair or return money (whole). They took the device sent by me and I discuss it with them all the time.
I am currently demanding a long discussion of the money back.
Maybe they should not be your reseller? In my opinion, they should contact you so that the customer will be satisfied, and not pick up the computer and write it will not be repaired.One unhappy customer can replace one hundred satisfied customers.
