N50 does not turn on

Hi, I bought a N50 three months ago. Yesterday I used it and put in suspended mode (Windows 10) and now it doesn't turn on again.

When pressing the start button the led become red and nothing happens. Pressing the button again does not cause anything. Pressing the button for more than five seconds, the red led blinks until I release the button then it turn off.
Any advice ?

Please try to reset the reset hole for more than five seconds. If it is invalid, open the bottom case of the machine, remove the COMS battery and leave it for more than 30 seconds to discharge the device.
