Beelink mini mxiii 16GB

Hi,
Can some one help me or provide me the drivers for TV Box Beelink Mini MXiii 16GB.
Thething is that my windows 7 will not recognize and telling that its "Unknown Device" in device manager. Please help sending me the correct drivers sincethe tv box is bricked(i think). this happend when i unpluged it to change it to an other room, and now its not powering up. iamgetting no singnals on tv. i have switched HDMI cable too but the box isshowing nothing and is completely dead, also tried to reset it with resetbutton back on box. The only thing that lights up is the red light in theSPDIF. when i connect the box to pc(with male to male usb cable) i hear that itgets connected but it will not recognize my beelink box and in the device managerin pc it shows an "unkown device" error for driver (code 43).
i think its because of outdated driver(s)
