Power Button on Remote Stopped Working

I have been using my GT1 Mini for about 2 weeks. Intitially, I was able to turn the power OFF and ON using the power button on the standard remote control. Recently, I am no longer able to turn power OFF by simply pressing the power button on the remote control. To turn power OFF, I must select the power icon at the lower left on the screen. After power goes off, I am no longer able to turn power ON by simply pressing the power button on the remote control. What can I do to fix the power button on the remote control so it works?

The power button uses infrared control, you need to face the button on the front of the box, pay attention to the front of the box without obstructions.

I have tried your suggestion by on all sides of the box and at several distances from the box. The remote control power button is still not working. On which side of the box is the infrared receiver located? Is there a hole for the infrared receiver that I can see?

The infrared receiver is in front of the box. If there is no effect on the attempt, there may be a problem with the hardware of the remote control. Please contact the seller to return.
