I am trying to install Webconverger (webconverger.org) from their .iso on a new N41 device. No matter what I do I cannot get the N41 to recognize the USB stick as a bootable device. I did some looking around and it appears that the N41 only supports EFI bootable ISO's is that correct? I checked and Webconverger is not packaged with EFI boot. So what is the work around? How can I install from a USB disk that is not an EFI boot?

P.S. The USB iso is write protected no matter what I do (mounting with -o rw, hdparms, etc) so I can't figure out if it is possible to modify it after the initial burn from the install iso.

Matt

The new version of UEFI BIOS requires an EFI file to boot the installation, otherwise it will not be able to enter the installation. Please select a system with an EFI boot file.
