X55 doesn't start

I just receive my X55 (8Go / 128SSD)
When i plug the power into the X55, the power switch blinks 1 Time in blue and nothing else!
Nothing starts...
Is it broken ?

When the machine is plugged in, the indicator light will flash once, indicating that the power has been turned on. After blinking once, press the start button to turn it on.

Of course, i 've pushed the power many times and nothing happends !
it never turns to blue...

I do not know if it solved the problem, something similar happened a while ago when connecting a screen, my mini PC did exactly what you indicate, change to another screen and everything worked correctly, has tried to change monitor or screen.
