Cannot enter recovery mode. TWRP boots instead.

Hello. I have a Beelink GT1 with a custom ROM.

I want to install a new rom which is in .img format, however when I press the reset pin and plug in the power cable, TWRP comes up instead of recovery mode.

So how do I enter recovery mode, in order the the USB Burning Tool to see the device and let my flash the new rom?

thanks.

Ok first of all I am not sure why the flashing guides show the power cable to be connected. The power cable MUST NOT be connected when flashing new rom. With the power cable connected while pressing the reset button, TWRP will come up.

Without the power cable, the system will go to recovery mode, but you have to insert the usb cable on the side where the micro SD resides. Also a short cable directly on the motherboard is required. No extensions.

After that, the system went to flash mode and all went well.:)
