GT1 Ultimate Not detecting WiFi

Hi,
My gt1 ultimate box suddenly stop detecting the wifi signal. I Factory reset the box but it does not solved the issue. all other devices are working fine on the same wifi.

Hi everyone,
For my WiFi issue here is the problem I met: the WiFi signal was transmitted through channel 13 and this channel is not supported. I have opened a ticket with Beelink Customer Service and they provided me a firmware that handles channel 13 WiFI. I have updated my GT1 Ultimate with the new firmware and it works fine now.
