I buy this mini pc, i get his today. And he is noisy.
Browser is stutterring. He is not quiet. He is loud for 2 sec, than silent, than again loud, and i can do nothing, he is still loud. Help?

Under normal circumstances, this is not the case. Please open your task manager to check whether the CPU and memory usage is too high. This may be because the system is upgraded by default in the background, or other programs are too high.
