I wanted to upgrade to Windows 10 1809 with this bug:
"We could not install Windows 10"
The error:
0x800F081F-0x20003
Setup was unsuccessful in the SAFE_OS phase during the INSTALL_UPDATES operation.
Can anyone illuminate this and what is the reason? And the repair?

There is currently no 1809 system introduced, restore the system to 1803.
