windows problem, dead unit

I recieved a Beelink x45 premium purchased from Gearbest. The unit worked for 3 hours when Windows 10 did a second update. Now my unit will not boot. I have tried to reinstall windows 10 but the install procedure can not find the hard drive( mSATA ) to install to. I have tried to reinstall windows 10 but am having trouble creating an immage I found here because the system I am using as my backup is an Old Vista unit upgraded to Windows 10 ( 32 bit ) . I need some help getting the software reloaded or my New X45 Premium replaced or my money refunded. Thank you in advance.
