Auto power on

Hello.
I  purchased 2 N50's and they both came with the BIOS 2.19.1268.  See attached image.

I updated both units with Ubuntu 16, which are working great.

I made sure both units are set for Auto Power On. Again, see image.

If I pull the power plug from the back of the unit (or the wall) and then reinsert the power cord the unit does NOT power back on.

Both units behave the same way... not turning back on when plugged back in.

Am I doing something wrong?  Please help!
