6w factory, 10w with bios 014. j4105/j5005 are designed to work on 10w. more watts better performance, but higher temps.

Do clock speed are changed?

these cpu's are desinged for 10w, if they have 6w limit by bios they will be underpowered and won't work with full clock they were made with.

with just 6w X45 barely manage to get 2k on AIDA64.
Usually it hang around 1,7-1,9k.
with 10w 2,2k-2.4k is achievable.
