GT1 Ultimate Remote broken

I bought my GT1 Ultimate about two weeks ago, and the remote has already broken.  Shop won't replace it.

As such, I hae the following questions:

- How do I turn it on without a remote?

-  Are there any universal android box remotes out there?

-  Is there a good app to dowload on my samsung s6 phone, which will control everything, incluidng on/off?

1. GT1 does not need a remote control, it will be powered on after power-on，You can also use a wireless mouse to operate

3. No such application exists

Can't you use the remote control when you get this machine? Or after a period of time, it becomes unusable.

I went back to the store, and they have now replaced the remote, after a long discussion.  So I now have a new remote

To answer your other question,  the original remote worked for about two days, and then it stopped working, so I replaced the batteries..then it worked again...for two days..   in two weeks,  I went through about 10 batteries..so something was definitely wrong with the remote.

I do have question to your comment above about power on.   How do I turn it on, without a remote.  are you saying that when I plug it it, it powers on?

Thank you very much for your feedback, GT1 can be powered on by plugging and unplugging the power.
