Hello! I cloned Windows to ssd m2 (Transcend 128 gb) using the "Transcend SSD Scope" program. Windows installed normally, but the eMMC memory has disappeared from system.

Hello israf
Please open the computer management on the machine, check whether the eMMC disk exists in the disk management, if the disk exists, re-add the disk, name a drive letter, you can use it.

israf--Thanks for your post, glad you got things working, and I was very interested to also try to get a larger M2 drive and move my Win10 install over to it. I have the Beelink M1 w/8GB RAM/64GB eMMC.
Can you tell me what model number of Transcend 128GB drive you installed into your M1? I assume it was an M2 2242 type of drive? Do you find, aside from the increased capacity, that it performs better than the original eMMC?  Thanks!

Hello, BobSmith!
The maximum size for Beelink m1 is 128 gb. I use a 128 GB SSD M.2 drive Transcend MTS400 (2242 type).
At first glance, this drive is faster than the original eMMC. I did not test SSD M.2, but on the network I saw tests with good performance.

Dear all,

I bought a Toshiba RC100, 240 GB SSD. It is a M.2 2242, PCIe Gen 3.0 x 2. It has read 1600 MB/s and write 1100 MB/s. I have a M1 with 6 GB ram.

Unfortunately the card is not recognized. I looked in the BIOS but could not find the device. It seems to have the right m.2 2242 pin connection. It has an PCIe interface, not  a SATA III 6 Gb/s interface.
Could someone tell me whether or not this device will work on the M1?

Best regards,
Arthur

hi

M1 motherboard supports M.2 interface, but it is SATA channel, so it is not supported for PCIe. If you don't find your disk in Disk Manager, then it does not support your disk, please replace M.2 SATA. Channel SSD.

best regards
