I have bought this device in January on Amazon from your official vendor.
For unexplained reason, it doesn't want to start anymore, it remains locked on the startup recovery tool. I have tried this tool, it fails whatever the option. I have tried a usb stick for a reinstall, it also failed.
I have asked AZW (vendor) on Amazon, who suggested me this procedure :
I have tried this tutorial, several times, with different usb sticks and it always fails. The error shown is surprisingly not always the same. Herebelow the pictures I took at critical times :
This device is just a brick now, it is still under warranty and the only remaining suggestion from AZW is :
This problem already took me a lot of time, Anyone for a magical solution ?
To me, when all software solutions fail, it must be an hardware failure. The device should be returned. Am I wrong ?
