I can't use bt3 with a 22" hdmi pc monitor, Why?

On my sony tv doesnt have any problems, but when i try to connect in to a HP pc monitor 22 inches , bt3 doesnt works . This is so sad .:(

BT3 LED What color? If the amount of blue light, indicating that the machine is in operation, check the HDMI output terminal HDMI cable or change or replace a TV to try; if it is red, then manually poke reset hole, BIOS reset it!
