Yes there is confusion with the A912.  I have the A912 (also I have the G912) but for the A912 the current firmware is 111M0.  For the Google Play Store has stopped working the only fix is to download the current google play store apk file rename to Phonesky and drop it in the correct folder.  This has worked on every box from Beelink that I own with the play store problem.

Yes. Really the Google Play Store fix isn't a mystery on here. The mystery revolves around the firmware releases. This Beelink GT1 A912 2GB 16GB Storage currently with GT1_110M0 (2017-02-13), and where is the OTA update for the later one? How comes the official announcement with the title GT1_111M0_AP6255 is lacking details. How do a regular Joe know if their box relates to AP6255 without messing around and taking the box apart? Come on seriously? The S/N information should be informative enough, or information in Android settings and About area. Even Informative device info utilities shows q201_9377. Official GT1_111M0_AP6255 sdcard package, the zip archive filename begins with q201_9377. There is just to much confusion, and after questions after questions about A912.. months later and still going on like this.

yes, totally agreed.
I found this odd to and eventhough I tried to install on my A912 and did not installed.

Yes. I've visited my friend with this box. I've manually applied the latest build which is GT1_111M0. However Google Play Store continues to stop working. Not stable like Beelink suggested! I hope that the GT1_111M0 fixes that WiFi issue she has been experiencing. The Google Play Store issue, I've manually fixed for her.

I have GT1 Ultimate A912 32G and the firmware is still GT1_309M0  :'(
