Locating

Does anyone know why I cant set my location manualy or by network   in launcher home page  ?

I'm connected to the network but keep getting the message "Locting by network" and when i try to edit it manually, nothing happens

Mine has been doing the same thing, initially I thought it was because I took the update to 312MO, but the 312MO had issues so I downgraded to 311MO. I have decided to wait till 7.1 firmware comes along to final version. But as of now 311MO and 312MO have given me same grief for the location. Sometimes it will take the location and then later it drops the location and goes back to trying to find it.
