INSTALL 64 bit windows

Hello what bios settings will allow me to run windows 10 64bit. I keep getting a not OS supported error, and I see the CPU supports 64 bit. I understand everything will be slower. I am willing not to use EFI, but I am not seeing the settings. Thanks if any help.

Ive read the forums on the Vista 16 bit error but Im getting when trying to install on a XP PC with all the updates. ____It is the 32 bit version of the operating system and has all the recent updates. Will the new version of R&R fix this issue?

video doesnt help, its still showing install windows updates loop
never mind, i will go back to windows 7

windows 8.1 and windows 10 is trash

windows 7 is a rock solid OS
