Problem device freezes

I bought a new device that worked 2 days and then when you turn it on after a few minutes freezes the picture, what I make ?

Guys, The hell is over for me !!!!!!

My Beelink Unit doesn't start anymore this morning ! So I Don't need any update,any answer, nothing anymore !

Thank you so much Beelink for the worst TV Box I ever had ( after Minix 3 times, MXQ 2 times, with great Android Box).

And thanks for the great service (No answer on this forum, no updates, etc...)

Beelink doens't answer about the issues of this box. There are plenty of problems.... and no firmware update since months....

When is this update being released? What are you fixing in it?

We don't know, when the update will be released (look at Sunvell for example, Ugoos or Minix : plenty of updates!)..., what the update will fix.......

I'm really disappointed... .no support at all (only flash the unit with the same firmware...............................).

It's my first and last Beelink Android Box...

My thoughts exactly. I've stopped using my MXIII now. Gone back to my old tv box. The MXIII is just frustrating.
