went to restore the P2 to factory.. did its thing.. rebooted .. and I get a pic on screen that says "The Computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered an unexpected erro. Windows installation cannot proceed. To install windows, click "OK" to restart the computer and then restart the installation"
but it never gets any further than this prompt...
Suggestions?
