Please pay attention to the conversation here. We discussing about the shortcut that once was, and not no more. Even if you manually download and install the Kodi app via Google Play Store. It'll not give you the shortcut customization on the home screen like before. Instead a useless Movie Player shortcut is shown.

Well useless might be little harsh, however I don't have no need for it. Apparently many don't have the need for it. There's a saying... Customers are always right. :P
