Cannot open the file after finish downloading.
I have the red light problem after using it for a couple times (serving internet and some program installation), I couldn't put the unit to start at all. After plug-in the adapter, the red led light shows but nothing load on monitor screen and can't do anything with it. Short or Long press on the power button doesn't work too. Any suggestion to solve the problem?
