Can the fan be replaced? My fan is loud and I would like to replace it with a silent fan.

BT7 Fan Spc. is 30mm*30mm*7mm ，The normal operating voltage is 5V.
I suggest that you do not replace the fan，Wifi antenna could be blocked by the fan rotor. If your ability can, it can open the shell, fixed antenna.

Is there any way to regulate the fan via software/BIOS?

Would be great if it could be switched off or at least slowed down in standby.
