Mini mx3 air mouse not working

I Love the Mini mx3 ! But the remote air Mouse has Never worked. Is there a Fix or Can you Recommend a Good Remote? Also Dose the Mini mx3 support Voice Search?

The remote that comes with this box doesn't have an AirMouse feature. it has a mouse that you move by using the arrow keys on remote.
