Full screen apks

Hi,

I bought new GT1 Ultimate S/N:AX12G... , fw:703NO, Android : 7.1.2
When I installed apks like CleanMaster, Speettest, etc. it's not showing in 16:9 resolution on my TV, but it looks like on a phone (portrait), but problem is that, I can't control application over mouse or with remote control. Any buttons or bars are not " accessible". Only when i pressed arrows button on remote control something happend like scrolling, but thats all, no "left click" on any button is possible. I try all screen resolution possibilities in android settings but no result.
