i get my box from gearbest. it was behaving stangely. freezing , unresponding etc. my ram was showing 3 gb (2774mb) on info apps. i read something about a fill ram app. i installed an run it. set to fill ram full. if it stops at %60 and crashes you have a fake ram. software is reading and showing it as 3 gb but in reality it is only 2 gb. i will recontact gearbest and complain. maybe this time they respond.
any other way to complain about these tricksters.

same problem with my beelink mini m8s pro. it has 2b ram but they sell it like 3gb/32gb..this is shame beelink..

Damn beelink scam company. The internet is full of proofs about your filthy practices. Of course no refund from gearbest, another scam company.
