I have done a factory reset twice now. Wiped all data and reset and all apps I've installed remain. I have a bad app that refuses to uninstall. thought a factory reset would help. Any advice appreciated!
Did you do a reset by clearing data in settings. If something is corrupted you may need to flash stock firmware using the AMlogic Burning Tool or flash card maker.
I have wiped data, I have tried resetting. I have tried to install img file with a usb. All files on the usb show up except for the img file. nothing works. May have to return this box.
