I did not understand why nothing happens when connecting the tuner. Do everything according to instructions.

Is the Beelink box currently functioning or you working with a dead box? Try different USB ports on the PC, try different PC. Try a different USB Cable.

My PC also did not see box.
I severely shortened cable (20cm) and computer began to determine box. Firmware went ok.
