Can't start

After 2 days running very well, my new Mini Mix III can't restart.
Screen remains black but small blue light in front panel is still visible.
Is it possible to reinit with small hole in the bottom of the box ?
If yes what is the procedure ?

Yesterday I had the same issue. Pull out the power cable and insert again. Now it's working fine again.

I think the procedure is as following:

1. Unplug your power source from MXIII
2. Push the hole from bottom of the box
3. Plug the power source
4. Hold the reset hole until you see amlogic logo
5. You'll see a menu in screen
6. Then you can go to factory reset with remote
