I managed to install. Green screen problem is there, it shuts down the device randomly. I don't think there is a better firmware for our device than superceleron's rom.

Sorry guys... but this is a BIG ERROR..
Such firmware WON'T WORK without troubles in Beelink GT1

No idea how the OP (hubber63) made this firmware work in GT1 device, as both are different machines, both are Amlogic S912 and that's all, are not the same configuration. Even more if R-Box Pro have a licence scheme, based on MAC.

I do all the testing trying to install it and I succeed, to work for some time and rebooting after some moments due to license trick.

If somebody wants to try the same adventure, at the bottom are detailed instructions (Taken from Discussion of the R-Box the Pro from 4PDA (Russian)

Is useless to try a different firmware as GT1_109M work flawlessly, except if you don't like pink color (too feminine?)
Just be careful with temperature which is a problem at the moment of installation.

The infamous GREEN SCREEN is due to old TV that don't work fine with HDMI of GT1. IS NOT A firmware problem.
The vanishing mouse pointer is the same problem in GT1_106MO, a little backdraw.

Nor even is recommended to use Superceleron ROM, as it not add anything significant and probably the user will depend on Mr. Superceleron for updates.

Concerning QODI, is a easy as remove it and install KODI 17 Krypton which is now official and in Google Play Store.

I made a challenge to mr. hubber63 to post some screen of his firmware working in the excellent Beelink GT1.
IMHO the best tv box of the market with its firmware GT1_109MO.

I have been using TV-Box and tablets (beside my Note3 and Moto G4) for over 15 years.
My hobby is to test and try all the android devices I can get.

Here the instructions
h**ps://4pda.ru/forum/index.php?showtopic=765001

Manual (step by step) for firmware H96 Pro
For firmware we need: a PC or laptop, cable USB 2.0 male-male (with the same ends), flasher Amlogic USB Burning Tool, license package, and of course the very firmware.
1. Download and install flasher Amlogic USB Burning Tool .Ustanavlivaem only last versiyu.Drayvera installed automatically.
2. Download the license.zip .Raspakovyvaem, copy and paste the full folder proshivalschika it in the directory with the replacement.
3. Insert the USB cable into your laptop, PC
4.Vklyuchaem our console.
5. Run the installed flasher.
Go to the top menu and select the language
and files to do it

Peace

How come then and Superceleron fixed hte GREEN SCREEN problem if it is a hardware problem? I am running version 8 of his rom and I can assure you that it is way more stable and sophisticated than Beelink's and of course I am not experiencing a green screen any more. Anyway, this should prove two things: 1) It is a SOFTWARE PROBLEM and 2) Beelink is incopetent. Peace

Simple explanation, Superceleron is using his own kernel.
Probably such kernel treat in a different way HDMI, which allows to pass the problem of old TV sets..
Good work by Superceleron then!!!
.Then in such case, that kernel instead of that of GT1_109MO will solve the problem... keepíng the provider firmware.
I have not and old TV for testing purposes... I own for that a Sony KDL-32EX305, which is no precisely a new TV set  is after of 2010.

I load Superceleron firmware and it's nice.... but won't update automatically from Beelink (If I'm not wrong)

What I say that Beelink firmware is enough good and reliable.

I had green screen using the installed "kodi" but not when using SPMC. . then I removed the installed KODI and installed a different installer for the build I was using and now it is also no longer green either.

Kodi itself has its own drivers for screen (HDMI). Surely Kodi 17 has a very new driver. SPMC surely not. QODI must have the best one for the purpose, as it's a set prepared by Beelink.

BTW, QODI ... QODI is not an error, it's the way Beelink is saving themselves from that chase of TvBoxs that comes bundled with KODI as an illegal or pirate software. Recently some vendor in Europe was sent to jail for sell their boxes with KODI access to copyrighted streams.
Indeed anti piracy is again in action.
