Beelink AP34 HDMI TO VGA Convetor

Hi Beelink, I seem to be having a slight challenge. I am using a HDMI to VGA convertor with my AP34. I have been using it with many AP34 Pcs and they have been working. However one of the AP34 has refused to pick up the signal of the convertor. The computer when plugged into my TV using HDMI, its working very well, but when I try the convertor, no signal is detected and monitor goes to sleep. I have reset the whole PC, but still no change. I have tried another AP34 and it has worked with the convertor with no problem at all, where do you think the problem could be with this one particular PC? Assistance and advice would be appreciated

Hello. I have the same problem with a U59 (U59PRO-E-8512SD0W64PRO-BW6/XB). Any solution or workaround? Thanks you for your assistance.
