ser7 unable to install bios v31 after having v07

hi

i have installed v07 bios version.
anytime i try to install other bios versions now such as v31, i get error : error: secure flash rom verify fail
reason i want to change is because while playing cs2, screen freeze and i have to shutdown using button on the device and nothing else i can do, some users suggested v31 installation fixes it
how can i solve this ? thank you

Could you please send us a picture of  SN code at the bottom of machine?

Please repeatedly press delete key as soon as you turn on the PC, go to BIOS. Please send us a picture of the Main page, we will check the BIOS version.

Generally speaking, SER7 cannot be flashed back to the previous V31 version after refreshing the BIOS version of V07.

It is suggested that you can first try to see if you can refresh V38.
