This is my first remote for a box. I am quite used to work with a traditional mouse. However when I push the "flying squirrel mouse button" on the remote delivered with the GT1 box, nothing happens. Nothing is said in the thin user manual. I was led to connect a traditional mouse on the USB connector, but I would prefer to use the remote.

I know well how to use a standard mouse. However I refer to the mouse delivered with the gt1 box. This is not a traditional pc mouse. It's a ir remote. When I push the 'flying squirrel' button nothing happens

I finaly foud the answer alone. Bryce, it's not that obvious. The "mouse" key on the remote is a toggle, that can make appear/disppear a pointer. When the pointer is diplaied, it can be moved using the direction keys. Left click through the OK key.

This new remote control is absolutly useless.

I have discovered the problem with IR-remote signal quality on new GT1.
It looks like GT1 case or (silver paint finish) reduces the IR signal significantly.
