hi, i have a beelink u55 v32 and i need to update the bios (stuck at version 3.03) and the hard drive. for the hard disk i tried in vain to install a samsung 256gb pcie nvme ssd but it is not detected. a 2.5'' silicon power 256gb ssd is not detected either. the bios does not show either of the two disks i tried. I tried install a 500gb meccanical ssd drive and this is correctly show on bios. But ssd not. how can i solve the problem? also can you provide me with the latest updated bios version? finally i noticed that the fan is always active and at maximum, how can i solve this other problem?

Your machine has the latest BIOS. Please try the following method
①Check the connections: Make sure that your SSD is properly connected. If you add 2.5’SSD, check both the data cable and power cable to ensure that they are securely plugged in. You may also want to try a different cable to see if that resolves the issue.

②Try a different port: If your SSD is connected via a SATA port, you may want to try a different port to see if that resolves the issue.

③Test the SSD on another computer: If possible, try connecting the SSD to another computer to see if it is recognized.

④Test the SSD with diagnostic software: Use a diagnostic software tool to check the health of the SSD,such as DiskGenius.

If it doesn't work, please contact us at support-pc@bee-link.com
