SER5 PRO Ryzen 5850U AUDIO ISSUES

Hi,
I just purchased this mini pc and everything is fine except for HDMI audio output. I tried two different monitor but still no luck in having my audio from HDMI. can somebody help me solving this issue?

Could you please send us a picture of  SN code at the bottom of machine ?

Here are some solutions:
1.Please right click window--click “”setting“---Sound----more sound setting --click "playback"--right click speaker---properties--controller information ---properties---update the driver. You also need to check if the speakers is disabled or not in the  playback setting.

I tried all this suggestion but the sound its still not coming out

I tried connecting the computer to my samsung smart tv and with that the sound is working. How come that with my pc screen (a Samsung too) audio is not working? I tried different HDMI cables but nothing seems to work

Is the HDMI interface of your monitor 2.0 or 1.4?

According to the problem you describe, it is either a problem with the HDMI cable or a compatibility problem with the display and the machine.

It is recommended that you try to update the chipset and graphics driver.

Hi
I don't know if my hdmi is 2.0 or 1.4. on the screen manual is not reported. My screens are Samsung S27C366 and Samsung S27D362.
Using the tutorial, I checked every device in the Device manager but none of them have an exclamation point so i can update the driver.
How should i proceed?

Hello there,

Could you please send a purchase link for your monitor?

We can check the HDMI port version of your monitor.

As for how to update the graphics card driver and chipset driver, you need to delete the original driver in the device Manager first, and then use the driver file we sent to update.
