Help creating a Windows 11 Pro recovery/reinstall USB + Linux

I would like to make a Win 11 Pro recovery installation USB for my new machine. My SN is: YN2004AG20095 and the Model: EQ13-C-L-16512SD0W64PRO-PB/XB

Please direct me to the correct link(s) to download the corresponding image/exe/iso file(s) and tutorials to the corresponding version of Win 11 Pro to use on my system to make the corresponding bootable recovery disk/USB.

Likewise, and if possible, direct me to a linux distro link compatible with my system.
