Lost Windows 11 Pro product key for Mini S13

I just purchased a Mini S13 from Amazon US.  I assumed the Windows license would be stored in the BIOS like has been a thing for years, so I didn't hesitate to wipe all partitions to do a full clean install.  Assuming the license was in the BIOS, I also deleted the recovery partion, and never bothered to pull the product key from the Registry.



How can I get the product key?  I have a picture of the tag of the bottom with the model and SN, but I don't want to post it in the open here.
